Usher Backed Rihanna's Red-Hot Performances

Against the criticism Rihanna has received in recent weeks,Usher has backed the singer.

People were of the view that Rihanna crossing her limits with her performances, saying the sexual nature of her X Factor, BRIT Award, Grammy Award and NBA All-Star shows was too much for a family audience.

Usher denied the fact by saying that a few element of suggestion is in keeping with what popstars have been doing for decades.

"Artistic direction is just that, you know, and obviously subjective. Everyone has their opinion and it's a family show." he said whilst appearing on ITV show Loose Women.

Adding: "I think she is a responsible young lady and maybe the song represented the attitude of, you know, think about it like this: how long have guys been grabbing their crotches?"

Usher Will Return With 'OMG' Tour To U.S. With Akon

Usher confirms plans to bring his 'OMG' tour back to the U.S. but this time with Akon,after performing at this year's Super Bowl.

On the first leg of his U.S. tour last year, the singer visited with Miguel and Trey Songz now revealed that he will be resuming the tour in the U.S. after he has visited the U.K. and Australia.

At the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards,Usher will be taking to the stage with Justin Bieber and Jaden Smith.

After his half-time performance, Usher tweeted: "and NOW for the big news - the #OMGTOUR is coming back to North America!!... and this time I'll be hitting the road with my boy @akon!!"

Usher Plays First Gig At London's O2 Arena

On Wednesday,at London's O2 Arena,Usher will play the first of five gigs with a sold-out show.

The US R&B star delighted fans with a hit-laden set,performing as part of his OMG Tour,which included songs from his most recent album 'Versus', as well well as his back-catalogue.

Songs in the set included 'Monstar', 'Love In This Club', 'Mars vs. Venus', 'Hey Daddy (Daddy's Home)', 'U Remind Me', and 'U Don't Have To Call'.

Usher after playing at Arena will return for three more gigs on February 17,18 and 21.
